We specialize in understanding the needs of non-profit organizations and realize they are not like businesses. We understand that managing an IT infrastructure is necessary for the successful completion of their goals, but it is not their mission, and that budgets are a huge concern. We work with many non-profits in Alamance County on a regular basis providing them non-profit service discounts and cost-effective IT solutions including procurement of many software applications discounted heavily for the non-profit sector. While the advent of readily available and easily utilized remote support technologies has broken down a major IT support barrier—distance—our primary on-site support focus, geographically speaking, remains within approximately a 45 mile radius of our location at Westpark Professional Center in Burlington, NC. We are well aware that there are times when there is no substitute for being able to touch the equipment in need of attention or for working face-to-face with the customer at their place of business. Thus, if you need support and you live within the area bounded by Winston-Salem to the west, Durham to the east, Danville to the north, and Asheboro and Pittsboro to the south, you fall within our normal on-site support area. If your location falls outside that area, we very well may be able to help you on-site, but the greater the distance, the less likely it is that our coming to you will be practical. Give us a call and we will go over your situation. We may determine that at least some of your support needs can be handled remotely.
