· Standard Depot (Carry-in) PC Support	$75/hr	Includes work with personal computers and personal computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, modems and drives. Time billed in 15 minute increments. Minimum Charge (30 minutes or less): $40.00
· Standard On-site PC Support	$85/hr	See above description. Note: this does not include follow-up work to complete a prior day’s job where the remaining work is less than an hour. Work in this case is billed according to the actual time necessary to finish the job. Time billed in 15 minute increments. Minimum Charge (30 minutes or less): $66.00
· Basic Networking Support	$96/hr	Includes work with, but not limited to, Ethernet hubs, switches and home-user routers, LAN connectivity & RJ-45 cabling issues, basic Windows Server setup, upgrades, optimization & troubleshooting, print servers, NAS, broadband Internet installations, wireless networking, most server-based software installations such as server backups and antivirus. Time billed in 15 minute increments. Minimum Charge: $76.00
· Advanced Networking Support	$110/hr	Includes work with, but not limited to Microsoft SharePoint, SQL, Client VPNs, IIS, DNS Servers, Terminal Server, hardware firewalls, VOIP, server RAID, business router configuration, Linux Server, Novell Netware and e-mail servers such as Microsoft Exchange & IMail.   Time billed in 15 minute increments. Minimum Charge: $85.00
· Wide-Area Networking Support	$115/hr	Includes work with wide-area (office-to-office) implementation, optimization, & support.
· Remote PC Support	$80/hr	Remote support software utilized. Charged in 5 minute increments. Minimum charge: $12.00
· Remote Basic Server/Network Support	$90/hr	Remote support software utilized. Charged in 5 minute increments. Minimum charge: $15.00
· Remote Advanced Network Support	$105/hr	Remote support software utilized. Charged in 5 minute increments. Minimum charge: $20.00
· Telephone PC Support	$75/hr	Charged in 5 minute increments. Minimum charge: $12.00. No charge for support calls under 5 minutes for current customers.
· Telephone Server/Network Support	$85/hr	Charged in 5 minute increments. Minimum charge: $15.00. No charge for support calls under 5 minutes for current customers.
· PC Training & Instruction	$75/hr	Training on-site or at our downtown office. Time billed in 15 minute increments. Minimum Charge: $40.00
· After-hours Support & Emergency Work	$15/hr	After-hours & weekend support available on a limited basis at the applicable rate per hour $15/hr. Call as far in advance as possible for after-hours & weekend work. Sites Computer Resources reserves the right to bill at a higher rate per hour (rate $10/hr) where 9:00 to 5:00 emergency work is requested and our response is within 90 minutes. Every attempt by our staff will be made to cover emergencies.
