Business success in today's rapidly changing world depends on the ability to quickly locate and leverage, or disseminate, critical information. Utilizing innovative information technologies can help assure your business becomes more successful by making it more efficient, more visible, more productive, more responsive, more competitive, and last, but not least, more profitable.
The experienced staff at Sites Computer Resources will provide the technical support you need to maximize the use of your existing computer equipment and to be certain any new information technology investments you make are best suited for you. As solution providers, we strive to understand what you need to accomplish, then build out an optimal solution. We have been in business for over 11 years providing quality IT solutions to small businesses and home-office users, primarily doing so on-site and with an acute understanding that downtime means reduced productivity and revenues for our clients.

While the advent of readily available and easily utilized remote support technologies has broken down a major IT support barrier—distance—our primary on-site support focus, geographically speaking, remains within approximately a 45 mile radius of our location at 1712 Westbrook Avenue. Simply stated, there are times where there is no substitute for being able to touch the equipment in need of attention or for working face-to-face with the customer at their place of business. Thus, if you need support and you live within the area bounded by Winston-Salem to the west, Durham to the east, Danville to the north, and Asheboro and Pittsboro to the south, you fall within our normal on-site support area. If your location falls outside that area, we very well may be able to help you, but the greater the distance, the less likely it is that our coming to you will be practical. Give us a call and we will go over your situation. We may determine that at least some of your support needs can be handled remotely.
